* Is there a delivery fee?
- For deliveries outside of our area, a small fee may be charged for the delivery.
* How long are rentals for ?
- Rentals are typically for same day use. When booking, we will work with you to determine a best pick up and drop off time for your event.
* Can I rent an inflatable or game overnight?
- Each event booking has the ability to be booked overnight provided it is not reserved already for another event the following day. Let us know if you are looking for an extended rental and we will be happy to see what is available!
* Are items cleaned between uses?
-Absolutely ! Our clients safety is of the upmost importance to us so we clean and disinfect each rental in between uses.
* Can rentals be used at parks or indoor event centers/ venues?
- We can! All of Happy Hoppers Tacoma Rentals products can now be reserved for use at parks and event centers/venues that allow inflatables. It is important to check your park and/or venue to determine and requirements they may have about the use of our products on site. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out and we will be happy to assist!
*How can I pay?
- We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash and Cash App.
